Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Verify prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and appropriateness.
• Counsel patients on proper medication usage, side effects, and storage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drug therapies and guidelines.
• Monitor and manage inventory of medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and institutional guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to review and evaluate prescriptions.
• Maintain patient records and pharmacy documentation accurately.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report adverse drug reactions or medication errors as per protocol

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Valid pharmacist license in [state/country].
• Previous experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, dosages, and interactions.
