The Supply Chain Pharmacy Assistant, working closely with the Lead Supply Chain Pharmacist, plays a pivotal role in facilitating and optimizing the procurement process.
They will leverage their knowledge in procurement and data analytics to ensure a smooth supply chain operation while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Support the Lead Supply Chain Pharmacist in procurement and order fulfillment tasks.
Oversee the entire invoice order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to optimize procurement processes.
Analyze supply chain data to pinpoint trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders to meet delivery expectations.
Engage with finance teams to confirm accurate billing and streamline payment processes.
Generate and review reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
Participate in discussions with IT teams to harness data analytics for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with industry and company standards throughout the order fulfillment process.
Provide insights for inventory optimization and demand forecasting based on order trends.
Build robust relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
Proactively identify and address any potential bottlenecks or disruptions in the supply chain.

Qualifications and Skills:
