Job Description:
Engage and manage a pipeline of chemists (PPMVs), retail pharmacies and effectively communicate the benefits and values of Remedial health.
Learn and implement our unique sales process to develop, own, and exceed quarterly sales targets
Client training on use of Remedial’s platform and ordering process
Timely Delivery of ordered products by your clients
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Market research activities as mandated by the company
Manage both inbound and outbound sales and Work with new clients to ensure success
Review data and trends to support interpretation and strategy development
Support implementation of lead-generation strategies
Support planning and management of group-based education and sales events
Support planning and implementation of marketing materials and strategies
Coordinate and collaborate with fellow Associates and managers
Support development of new channels and account growth strategies
Customer account management, client success and re-activation of inactive clients
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Person Specification:
Bachelor Degree, OND, HND with 1-3 years work experience in a relevant field
Previous work experience in similar position will be an advantage
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Must be resident in one of the following locations: (Lagos, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Possess Valid drivers’ license with more greater than 2 years driving license
