Pharmaceutical Chemist at Dizpharm Nigeria Limited

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmaceutical Chemist at Dizpharm Nigeria Limited in Ibusa.
• The Pharmaceutical Chemist will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, conducting quality control assessments, and utilizing analytical skills for research and development purposes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and improving manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products.
• Conducting research to create new medications and improve existing ones.
• Ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products by conducting tests and analyzing data.
• Developing and implementing strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize waste in the production process.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as Quality Control and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions to ensure consistent product quality.
• Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
• Training and supervising production staff to ensure they are following proper procedures and protocols.
• Keeping up to date with the latest developments in pharmaceutical technology and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, or related field
• 1-2 Years experience as a Microbiologist
• Laboratory Skills, Analytical Skills, and Research skills
• Experience in Quality Control and Research and Development (R&D)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
