Pest Control Service Operator at Orkin Nigeria Limited

The prospective staff must have an OND (a qualification in the life sciences will be an added advantage) and MUST be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles (short-listed applicants would be tested) and hold a valid driver’s license. The position is based in Abuja therefore applicants are expected to reside in Abuja. Other qualities/desirables sought after are:

• Interested candidates must have and demonstrate a desire to learn, be prepared to work sometimes on weekends and outside regular office hours and travel out of station on working visits.
• They must be organized individuals who are customer focused, courteous, work well under pressure, are accountable, professional and discrete; willing to constantly undergo training, have good communication skills- oral and written- and adapt easily to change; able to give presentations and write reports.
• The Pest Control Service Operator (PCSO) is directly answerable to the Head of Operations.
• Relevant experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• The successful candidate would undergo an intensive two-week pest control and sales training and write a certification exam, which he must pass to gain employment.
