• We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the daily administrative and operational needs of Lauvee Beauty Salon’s management.
• The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle correspondence, calls, and messages efficiently.
• Maintain records and assist with daily salon administration.
• Coordinate tasks, follow up on projects, and support team communication.
• Run errands and manage day-to-day personal and business tasks.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Officer.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
