We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative and strategic support to our CEO.
This role is critical in ensuring the CEO’s schedule, communications, and priorities are effectively managed in a fast-paced executive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Track action items and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
Organise executive meetings, events, and engagements.
Provide efficient administrative and office support to the CEO.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools.
Strong interpersonal skills with an executive presence.
