    Personal Assistant

    As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to join our team.

    The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative, organisational, and communication support to the Managing Director, helping to ensure the smooth coordination of daily activities, meetings, correspondence, travel, and other executive engagements.

    This role is suited to an early-career professional who is highly organised, confident, discreet, and eager to develop their skills while working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced technology environment.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Mass Communication, English, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
    • Previous experience supporting a senior executive or manager is an advantage.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills & strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Good organisational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Good meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
    • Ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
    • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with people at different levels.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement when handling sensitive information.
    • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate matters.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours when required to support the MD’s schedule and business engagements.
    • Willingness to travel when required.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings, engagements, and events
    • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, briefs, and other documents as required.
    • Attend meetings, take minutes, document action points, and follow up on deliverables
    • Manage the MD’s correspondence, emails, and communications, highlighting and following up on priority matters.
    • Serve as a professional liaison between the MD and internal and external stakeholders.
    • Organise and maintain confidential files, records, and executive documentation.
    • Coordinate local and international travel arrangements and related logistics.
    • Track and follow up on tasks, commitments, and decisions arising from the MD’s engagements.
    • Conduct research and prepare briefs or summaries to support the MD’s engagements and decision-making.
    • Support the coordination of special projects, events, and initiatives assigned by the MD.
    • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the effective running of the executive office.
    • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
    • Anticipate the MD’s administrative needs and provide proactive support.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
