Project Management

• Plan and Develop the Project Idea. Every project starts as an idea.
• Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines.
• Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction.
• Evaluate Project Performance

Recruiting and Onboarding

• Onboarding of new clients
• Advertising of job vacancies on Zoho Platform
• Screening of candidates
• Interviewing candidates
• Developing recruitment strategies for easy implementation

Relationship Management

• Managing of relationships with clients
• Ensuring Clients satisfaction
• Understand Client’s needs, preferences and expectations to provide personalized service and support
• Identify opportunities to cross sell or upsell products to new and existing Clients
• Respond to inquiries, complaints and requests  in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

The Ideal Candidates must have:

• 1-3 Years Working Experience in Personal Assistant, 
• BSc or HND in Business Administration or any related field
• Customer Service Experience
• Human Resource Experience
• Proficient in Project Management
• Must have Branding Skills
• A male within the age bracket of 22-32 years of age with driving experience and a valid drivers license is preferable
