    Personal Assistant

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalised secretarial and administrative support to the CEO.
    • You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the CEO's work and personal life.

    Responsibilities

    • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO; including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments and communications.
    • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
    • Compose and prepare correspondence; monitoring and responding to emails.
    • Manage sales, client requests and inquiries on the CEO’s personal line.
    • Manage the CEO’s Online Profile i.e,. Instagram, Linkedin accounts, press publications etc.; professionally communicating him in the appropriate light.
    • Active involvement in the CEO’s day-to-day personal and business activities.
    • Accompany the CEO to events, client meetings and other field engagements.
    • Content creation for CEO’ personal branding on social media.
    • Prioritise, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Consult with the CEO in determining appropriate course of action, referral or response.
    • Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the CEO by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
    • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping as required by the CEO.
    • Run personal errands as requested by the CEO
    • Perform other ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND preferred, OND may be considered
    • Tech and Social Media Savvy
    • Basic photography and content creation skills
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule determined by the needs of the CEO.
    • Superior attention to details
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    • Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Preferably lives on the Mainland (Yaba axis)
    • Recent graduates on/about to commence NYSC program are strongly encouraged to apply.
    • Previous experience as an Personal Assistant is a plus
    • Previous experience in the real estate/property management sector is an added advantage.
