    Performance Marketing and Growth Lead

    Job Summary

    •  We are seeking a highly technical and hands-on Senior Performance Marketing & Growth Lead to own and scale our digital acquisition strategy.
    • This role goes beyond media buying and requires full ownership of the performance marketing ecosystem, including paid acquisition, marketing tracking infrastructure, attribution modelling, data accuracy, and growth experimentation. The successful candidate will scale acquisition across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Display, ensuring campaigns are optimized using reliable data and advanced performance frameworks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, and emerging channels.
    • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to achieve efficient CPA, ROAS, and long-term customer value.
    • Design and maintain marketing tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager, event tracking, pixels, and server-side tracking.
    • Implement and manage conversion tracking, including Meta Conversion API (CAPI).
    • Ensure accurate cross-channel attribution and resolve tracking discrepancies.
    • Build structured experimentation and A/B testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
    • Analyze funnel performance and develop data-driven optimization strategies.
    • Build performance monitoring dashboards and deliver actionable insights.
    • Monitor acquisition traffic quality and mitigate fraud risks such as bot activity and click fraud.
    • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Creative teams to optimize user journeys and campaign performance.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
    • Proven track record managing large-scale paid acquisition campaigns and advertising budgets.
    • Strong hands-on expertise in:
    • Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
    • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Conversion tracking implementation
    • Attribution modelling
    • Event tracking and data layer architecture
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
    • Experience in Betting/Gaming, Fintech, or Consumer Technology platforms is an advantage.
    • Highly technical, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning the full marketing performance stack.
