Job Summary:

Oversee daily operations at our breeder farm, ensuring optimal animal health, biosecurity, and fertility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.
• Manage Artificial Insemination (AI) processes to optimize egg fertility.
• Monitor and report on animal health, behavior, and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Animal Science or related field.
• Experience in poultry or animal production.
• Strong understanding of biosecurity and AI processes.
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Biosecurity Compliance: Maintain a biosecurity environment, preventing disease outbreaks.
• Fertility Rates: Achieve target fertility rates through effective AI management.
• Animal Health: Ensure optimal animal health and welfare.
• Reporting and Documentation: Submit accurate and timely reports.
