Payroll Officer at Phillips Consulting

Responsibilites

• Collate and input monthly overtime sheet into the payroll software
• Collate and input monthly variables with regards to employee salaries and present them to the payroll manager for approval.
• Act as a point of reference to employees when they require clarification with regards to their pension and TCF.
• Act as a point of reference to employees when they require help or clarification with regards to the administrative processes required by Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) to update their information.
• Ensure employees who leave the Company acknowledge receipt of their entitlements by signing the relevant documents, and provide them with the necessary documents to enable them have access to their pension funds.
• Preparation of pension remittance for all employees.
• Aid in the processing of tax payer id (P.A.Y.E.) for employees.
• Perform any other functions requested by the Payroll Manager 

LOCATION- Marina, Lagos

SALARY: 120,000

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND qualification in a related field
• 1-2years experience in similar role.
