About the Job

The individual would be responsible for payment activations of all premium services on the Jiji website. The main task is to ensure that their payments are activated within an agreed period of time.

You will be responsible to contact, respond and support agents who work in the field in trying to rectify/ resolve any payment challenges that they may have.

Job Responsibilities

• Regularly confirm and activate payments for premium services;
• Resolve basic technical issues which offline managers or users experience while using the application or platform;
• Respond to offline managers requests via the support groups/channels;
• Train offline managers on the knowledge of premium services and CRM usage;
• Give daily reports on activities carried out;
• Investigate client and offline manager complaints and non-conformance issues and proffer solutions where necessary;
• Provide a training guide in solving some issues encountered by Agents and Users.
• Will be required to carry out primary duties on weekends

Profile

• HND/ BSc degree
• Ability to use sheets/ Excel
• A technical background will be an added advantage
• Results-driven, responsible and diligent
