Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Pay-Loader Operator to join our team at Unicane Industries FZE.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a pay-loader to move materials, load/unload trucks, and perform other related tasks.
• A strong track record of working in a manufacturing or construction company and adherence to safety protocols is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Operate Pay-Loader:

• Safely operate a pay-loader to move materials, load/unload trucks, and perform other related tasks.
• Ensure efficient and accurate material handling.

Material Movement:

• Move materials to designated areas, ensuring accurate placement and minimal damage.
• Monitor material levels and report any discrepancies.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Participate in regular safety training and inspections.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Perform routine checks and maintenance on the pay-loader.
• Report any issues or defects to maintenance team.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of material movement, equipment usage, and any incidents.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / HND / OND / BSc Degree
• Experience: Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience operating a pay-loader in a manufacturing or construction company.
• Proven track record of safe operation and adherence to safety protocols.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of pay-loader operation and maintenance.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Certifications:

• Valid operator's license or certification (e.g., NPORS, CPCS).
• Other relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA) are an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
