Patrol Supervisors at International Masters Security Systems (IMSS) Limited

Job Description

• Job holder will patrol all beats under his jurisdiction daily.
• Coordinate all labor, equipment and material resource requirements needed at each beat.
• Ensure the strict implementation and monitoring of any strategic initiatives of the Company, reporting same to relevant authority.
• Provide support to guards / operativesworking at each beat.
• Coordinate and oversee patrols to allotted locations and perform security walkthroughs of locations, while making necessary observation and submitting reports.
• Conducting physical checks on the guards by assessing their turnout on a daily basis, making necessary updates.
• Oversee the monitoring of the daily log book (DLB) and the attendance register at locations.
• Oversee and ensure the prompt delivery and return of correspondence
• Generate reports as applicable (daily and weekly activities and situation report)
• Daily update of time sheet in the beats and prompt of same to the Accounts department.
• Build excellent client relationship between the Company, operatives and the clients.
• Assist in monitoring, detecting, remediate, and contain security threats, including security systems administration and security incident response.
• Assist in overseeing the recruiting, deployment and training of highly qualified security operations personnel.
• Manage the operational routine of each shift, which includes; arranging cover for abandoned shifts and absentees, ensuring compliance to client and company procedures.
• Generate reports as applicable (i.e. monthly, special ops, survey and clients report)
• Attend to clients complaints with timely interventions and escalate to superiors immediately
• Monitor and evaluate operatives’ performance and ensure training needs identified (to be recorded in monthly Care Visit Reports).
• Efficient management of corporate and individual client accounts

Other Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND / OND qualification
• Candidates must have at least 3 years experience in security (minimum, superviosr level)
• Qualification in Security and related disciplines is desirable and added advantage but not compulsory
• Must be older than 30 years as at last birthday
• Ability to ride a bike is is desirous but not compulsory.
