Job Description

• Patrol all beat with motocycle.
• Ensure the strick implementation and monitoring of any strategic initiative of the company, reporting same to relevant authority.
• Coordinate and oversea patrols on alloted locations and conducting physical checks on the guards by assessing thier turn out on a daily basis making necessary update.
• Coordinate andthe patrol to alloted locations and perform security walkthrough of clients site while making necessary observations and sumiting reports.
• Oversea the monitoring of daily occurance book(DOB) and the attndance register.
• Oversea and ensure the prompt delivery and return of correspondance.
• Generate report as applicable (i.e monthly special obs survy and clients report)
• Build excellent clients relationship between the company and the clients.
• Assist in monitoring, detecting, remediate and contain security threats including security systems administration and security incident report.
• Manage the operational routine of each shift, which include arranging cover for droppedshift, production of local operationan records,reports and returns, ensuring complience to clients and company procedure.
• Engage in revenue drive collection of cheques/cash and depositing same within hourin company account.
• Attened to clients complaints with timely intervention.
• Partecipate in marketing the company services to prospertive clients.
