Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee the procurement, inventory, sales, and distribution of automotive / equipment spare parts while ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient parts operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily parts inventory, procurement, storage, and distribution.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving parts.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, technicians, and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of parts received, issued, and sold.
• Identify genuine and quality spare parts and manage supplier relationships.
• Drive parts sales and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
• Minimize stock losses, obsolete inventory, and operational costs.
• Prepare inventory and sales reports for management.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–4years’ experience in spare parts, automotive, equipment, or machinery operations.
• Good knowledge of parts identification, inventory management, and procurement.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory / ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
