Parking Compliance Officer at Halogen Group

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Parking Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing parking compliance, maintaining order in on-street and off-street parking, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist drivers with parking and collect parking fees
• Maintain order and safety in parking areas
• Provide information and answer questions from the public
• Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure efficient use of parking facilities
• Collect and record data for performance metrics and analysis
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Observes and reports conditions that might be dangerous to the public
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Assist the Supervisors to ensure secure collection of revenue and reconciliation, as necessary.
• Politely and courteously communicate with clients and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Be uptodate, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules, regulations and standards.
• Selftraining and selfdevelopment is encouraged for all staff to improve their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• May assist in making emergency repairs when conditions warrant them (i.e., change tire, jump start car, etc.).

Requirements:

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
• Integrity, dedication, and honesty
• Proven experience in customer facing environment or related role
• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage customer expectations
• Safety conscious and aware of potential hazards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Capable of handling cash and operating Microsoft Office software

Salary: N50,000 - N60,000 monthly
