Packing Assistant at Konga Online Shopping Limited

• We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Packing Assistant to support the packing and preparation of goods within the Warehouse and Supply Chain Department. The successful candidate will ensure customer orders are packed accurately, securely, and efficiently to support smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick items for customer orders according to packing lists.
• Check that the correct items and quantities are selected before packing.
• Pack goods securely to prevent damage during handling and transportation.
• Label packages correctly according to company procedures.
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Record completed packing activities in the warehouse system or required documents.
• Ensure packed orders are moved to the designated dispatch area.
• Assist with sorting and organizing packing materials and finished orders.
• Maintain accurate records of packed orders when required.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
• Keep the packing area clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow company procedures and warehouse safety rules.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent.

Professional Qualification

• Training in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Packaging, or Inventory Management is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse operations, packing, inventory, or a similar role.

Age Requirement

• 20 – 35 years.

Functional / Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of warehouse and packing operations.
• Ability to read and follow packing lists and work instructions accurately.
• Ability to pack goods safely and efficiently.
• Basic computer skills are an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
