Salary: N120, 000 - N200, 000

We are looking to employ a skilled technician whose sole responsibility for fixing of POS hardware issues and repair of all POS terminal types.

Key Responsibilities:

• The POS Technician should support POS software
• Hardware development cycle to include requirement-based analysis.
• They are involved in troubleshooting and deployment of POS software for the clients.
• Engaged in POS maintenance and after-sale work for more than 3 years.
• Led the POS maintenance team to be responsible for the POS maintenance work at various states.
• Have a positive customer service awareness, train and develop POS maintenance personnel.
• Build and manage a team that is positive and willing to make efforts to achieve customer service goals.

Requirements

• Qualification: HND/B.Sc (Technology or Computer Science)
• Male or female
• 4-5 Years of Experience
