Job Summary

• We’re seeking an experienced Order fulfillment officer to join our e-commerce team. The successful candidate will manage the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure optimal inventory, and prevent stock outs.
• Packaging and Shipping: Prepare packing lists, shipping labels, and ensure timely dispatch.
• Quality Control: Verify product quality before shipping.
• Customer Support: Resolve customer issues, facilitate returns/exchanges.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of e-commerce and retail experience.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
