Optometrist / Optician at Soteria Eye Clinic

Responsibilties

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and eye health
• Diagnose vision problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism
• Detect eye diseases and conditions such as Glaucoma, Cataracts, and Macular Degeneration
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids
• Provide treatment plans and refer patients to ophthalmologists when necessary
• Educate patients on eye care, hygiene, and preventive practices
• Use specialized equipment to test vision and evaluate eye health
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical histories
• Stay updated on advancements in optometry and vision care
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
