The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive eye care services and play a key role in promoting vision health and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye and vision examinations for patients.
• Diagnose visual problems and manage conditions such as myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism.
• Prescribe, fit, and dispense corrective lenses and contact lenses.
• Detect and co-manage ocular diseases and refer complex cases appropriately.
• Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and proper use of corrective lenses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal eye care services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry (OD).
• Must be a licensed Optometrist with current registration from the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Registration Board of Nigeria (ODORBN).
• Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to patient satisfaction and professional ethics.
