Operator - Weighbridge at Tokiye Integrated Medical Services

Role Summary

• The Weighbridge Operator is responsible for accurately weighing all incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining updated weight records.
• The role supports the site’s logistics and material tracking processes to ensure accountability and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the weighbridge and weigh all vehicles entering and leaving the site.
• Verify vehicle details, material type, and quantity before and after loading/unloading.
• Maintain accurate weight records in both manual and computerized logs.
• Generate and issue weighment slips, ensuring proper documentation for accounting and inventory.
• Coordinate with dispatch, stores, and procurement for daily reconciliation.
• Ensure the weighbridge and surrounding area are kept clean, safe, and operational.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies in vehicle or material data.
• Assist in the calibration and maintenance of weighbridge equipment

Qualifications & Experience

• High School / ITI qualification; Diploma in any discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of experience operating an electronic weighbridge.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and weighbridge software.
• Accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
