Operator- Mechanical Equipment (Offshore) at Engineering Automation Technology Limited (EATECH)

Job Description:

• Operate mechanical equipment and machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with operating procedures.
• Perform routine checks, start-up, shutdown, and basic monitoring of equipment during operations.
• Identify abnormal conditions, equipment faults, or operational issues and report promptly.
• Carry out basic preventive maintenance, lubrication, and housekeeping of operating areas.
• Follow work instructions, permits, and safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and maintenance teams during operations and downtime.
• Maintain operational logs, checklists, and basic equipment records.

Requirements:

• Trade certificate or vocational training in Mechanical Operations, Plant Operations, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience operating mechanical or industrial equipment.
• Good understanding of mechanical equipment operation and basic maintenance practices.
• Ability to follow operating manuals, procedures, and safety instructions.
• Awareness of workplace safety regulations and hazard control measures.
• Physically fit to work in industrial or site environments, including shifts if required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of an operations team.
• Offshore travel documents valid for at least one year(BOSIET,OSP,SBC,Medicals, TB, A&D,Audiometry)
