Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and manage workflows across departments to optimize productivity and effectiveness.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational processes.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with department leads to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Assist in the development and management of budgets and financial plans.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Address operational challenges and risks proactively to protect company interests.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 years of proven experience in operations management or supervisory roles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
• Familiarity with human relations is an advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
