• Supervisory Skills for effective team management and staff oversight
• Experience in Operations and Operations Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve processes
• Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear and effective interaction within the team
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in logistics or delivery solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
