Operations Supervisor at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Description

• S/he will be responsible to work with the senior management team in setting up the business, supervise and oversees operations, launch of learning app and selling to potential target client.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Implements quality assurance programs/procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and to strengthen customer relationships.
• Design and maintain administrative systems that deliver outcomes based on the aims and goals
• Fosters a culture that ensures excellent customer service by confronting issues openly and quickly, and resolving customer complaints/dissatisfaction.
• Develop process measures that are affordable and that will enable value for money decisions for those managing resources
• Manages Project Managers, Supervisor and Technicians and assesses training needs by selecting training programs for team members.
• Challenges others to develop as leaders while clarifying roles and responsibilities.
• Participates in all programs relating to performance evaluations and career development planning
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Improve customer service by attending to customer’s complaint about the product and services
• Use data analysis, evaluation and reporting systems to maximum effect.

Requirements

• B.Eng / HND in Engineering
• Must have MBA from a reputable university
• Must have 3-5 years proven work experience in Consulting / Investment Banking or Private Equity
• Must be technology savvy
• Ideal candidate must have analytical skills,
• Proven work experience as Operations supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiar with business and financial principles.
