Operations State Coordinator at a Lending Organization

GWCU CANADA LTD, a lending organization is interested in employing two (2) Operations State Coordinator with 2-3yrs work experience in its Kano and Jos Branch Offices. S/he is to perform a variety of duties including:

• Provide leadership and direction to the state sales agents by ensuring that new customers are gotten daily and their complaints resolved timely.

• Implementation of operational strategies to support the organization’s transactions and activities at state level.

• Occasional trips outside the branch state may be required.

Interested applicants must have a background in either Business Administration/ Business Management or any relevant social science field and be resident in Kano or Jos.

Ability to use WhatsApp chat groups is essential.

Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word will be an advantage.
