Operations Specialist (Supply Chain Operations) at Elyon Global Shipping Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple import/export processes and end-to-end supply chain operations
• Coordinate shipping documentation, customs clearance and freight movement
• Liaise with regulatory agencies, shipping lines and transport service providers
• Track warehouse inventory and monitor order fulfillment timelines
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and shipping regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
• 1 year experience in logistics/supply chain operations, NYSC members are also encouraged to apply.
• Sound knowledge of freight forwarding, customs procedures and shipping documentation
• Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Packages
• Experience in high-volume or multinational logistics environments is an added advantage.
