Operations & Project Manager at Glitch Africa

• Glitch Africa is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager who can keep people, projects, and timelines moving smoothly across all our studios and departments.
• This role is for someone extremely organised, great with people, and driven by results — someone who ensures things run on time, every time.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across teams and departments.
• Manage project timelines from ideation to delivery.
• Ensure every team member meets deadlines and deliverables.
• Coordinate production schedules, shoots, and post-production timelines.
• Track performance, workflow, and resources efficiently.
• Support leadership with reports, updates, and follow-ups.
• Anticipate roadblocks and solve problems before they escalate.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations or Project Management
• Must live on the Island (Lagos) — on-site coordination is key.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Masterful use of ClickUp, Notion, and other modern project management tools.
• Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and proactive.
