Operations Officer at WosAm Arena

Job Description

• Our team is diverse and as inclusive as it gets. We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented operations officer to increase the efficiency of our operations.
• The role will report to the General Manager. May also be required to perform administrative tasks.
• The ideal candidate should be male in order to provide gender balance, demonstrate advanced operational competency and excellent managerial skills.

You will be responsible for:

• Reporting policy and procedure implementations
• Project planning and management
• Tracking operational costs to ensure that expenditure stays within budget
• Overseeing the maintenance department
• Ensuring that operational deadlines are met
• Providing operations support to all departments
• Conducting frequent spot checks to ensure that staff carry out their duties effectively and efficiently
• Developing and tracking workplans
• Oversight of all departments

Minimum Qualification

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years work experience.
• Extensive experience in a hotel operations management position or similar

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, email, etc.
• Experience with sales/hospitality management software.
