Job Overview:

A fast growing Real Estate company is looking to hire an Operations Officer:

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
• Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure positive interactions through effective communication.
• Manage incoming calls, and take messages needed.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Assist in handling administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
• Monitor office supplies and inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in related roles within the real estate industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
•  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a practice approach to problem-solving.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
