Operations Officer at Medcourt Support Services Limited (MSS)

We are seeking a proactive Operations Officer to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient processes, and support logistics, inventory, fleet, and asset management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities.
• Manage shipment handling and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Oversee inventory control and related purchases.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and asset usage schedules.
• Review workflows and implement process improvements.
• Liaise with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and customs officials to ensure the timely and efficient importation of medical equipment and spare parts.
• Monitor and track shipment progress from port clearance to final delivery at the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and minimal delays.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Resolve operational issues and support cross-department coordination.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Zoho Inventory or similar systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills
