As an Operations Officer, you will oversee and streamline operational processes within our digital banking institution to ensure efficiency, compliance, and seamless customer experiences.

• Monitor and manage the flow of financial operations, including payments, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an operational role within the banking or financial services industry, and digital banking environment.
