Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Officer based in Lagos.
• The Operations Officer will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational success.
• Responsibilities also include preparing process documentation, analyzing operational data, and optimizing procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management skills including process improvement and performance optimization
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data and support decision-making
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Finance principles and practices
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience in the financial or fintech industry is an added advantage
• Proficiency with office and project management tools is preferred
