Operations Officer at Brisktrade Offshore

Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end loan application process
• Review application documentation, verify data accuracy, and collaborate with underwriting teams to facilitate informed lending decisions.
• Ensure collection, validation, and maintenance of all required loan documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Implement and enforce document retention policies to support effective record-keeping.
• Continuously assess credit operations workflows and procedures for areas of improvement.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and consistent processing of loan applications and documentation.
• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in loan operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to work independently
