    Operations Officer

    Job Description

    • Oversee the direct company processes and procedures.
    • Coordinate purchase of materials and supplies.
    • Maintaining relationship with vendors and suppliers.
    • Maintaining operational data.
    • Develop/ Improve operational procedures to promote efficiency.
    • Monitoring operational costs.
    • Ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
    • Improving business functionality to align with core business objectives.
    • Promote health and safety standards.
    • Managing Housekeeping and security staff.
    • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of unit activities.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc in Operations Management or related field.
    • 2 years experience in operations management role.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Excellent communications skills.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft suites.
    • Detail Oriented
    • Diligent and proactive.
