• Our client is a vehicle and Sales Assembly company in Nigeria seeking for a suitable and industry-experienced candidate for immediate employment.
• The qualified candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the vehicle assembly and after-sales services industry.
• A well industry experienced Operations Manager is what we seek.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff and budgets, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and production
• Drive business growth and expansion by establishing business relationships and building clientele
• Champion compliance with regulations, and optimising both assembly and after-sales service processes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns.
• Manage and develop staff, including training and setting performance goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and establish performance metrics for all departments.
• Implement best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement quality assurance measures and ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials and finished vehicles.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage operational costs.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
• 10 years of industry experience and management.
• Proven track record in vehicle assembly sales and marketing
• Experienced in the auto manufacturing industry
• In-depth knowledge of the vehicle assembly and after-sales services industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
