Summary
- We are in need of a General Manager (Operations) at a car dealership.
Job Description
- Oversees vehicle sales and service quality
- Track monthly sales target and optimize showroom
- Manage and supervise a team of sales and service staff
- Manage vehicle stock levels
- Manage monthly income and monthly operational expenses
- Resolve client issues to protect the dealership's reputation and review scores.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of HND qualification
- 5+ years in automotive management or high retail operations
- Deep understanding of car financing and local automobile regulations
- Excellent decision making skill
- Close knit-team leadership, sharp negotiating skills, and active inventory management.
Pay structure
Base salary plus commission/bonus plan.
