Operations Manager at Technocrime Security Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective security strategies and policies.
• Oversee daily security operations across multiple client locations.
• Ensure security personnel are properly deployed, supervised, and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Conduct and coordinate security risk assessments and recommend appropriate measures to address identified risks.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, operational standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Lead the response to security incidents, emergencies, and other operational challenges.
• Develop and maintain effective emergency response and crisis management procedures.
• Supervise, motivate, and mentor security personnel and operational teams to maintain high performance and professionalism.
• Prepare regular operational reports and provide management with updates on security activities, incidents, challenges, and recommendations.
• Ensure client concerns and operational issues are addressed promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master\'s degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, and emergency response.
• Proven experience managing security teams across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and people-management skills.
