Job Description

• The open role is for an experienced professional in security intelligence, closed protection expertise and strategic operations planning who will provide detailed supervision and strategic implementation of workflows for smooth business operations in order to achieve daily security demands for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and ensure personnel are effectively performing their duties.
• Conduct security incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Enhance training programs and recruit vetted security personnel with HR.
• Ensure adherence to security policies, legal requirements, and protocols.
• Manage security teams, ensure efficient service delivery, and implement strategies.
• Evaluate client sites, gather intelligence, and recommend preventive measures.
• Develop crisis management and business continuity strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Security Management, Criminal Justice or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety and security management, preferably in an educational setting.
• Certification in safety and security management- CSP, CPD, or CPP is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of safety and security regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proficient in the use of security system- access control, surveillance cameras, and alarms.
• Strong networking and collaboration skills.
