You will lead the implementation of security and resilience programs for our Nigeria offices, ensuring effective support for colleague travel, study teams, and local workplace safety.
You will oversee local security vendors, manage monitoring and response to threats and hazards, and provide both remote and on-ground support during incidents and events.
You will triage incoming inquiries to the firm Security inbox, maintain data quality across Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and ticketing systems, and locally deliver global training initiatives. You will also contribute to global firm Security efforts through knowledge development, digital systems support, and mentoring of junior colleagues. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to local teams and a critical conduit between regional needs and the firm’s global security standards.
Your Growth
You’ll be part of our firm Security team in Nigeria (based in Lagos or Abuja), supporting operations across the region.
As a member of the Risk and Compliance function, you will work closely with local office leadership, Workplace teams, and client service teams to deliver security and resilience support. You’ll be part of a global, collaborative, and mission-driven security team that connects local execution to global best practices. This position reports to the Resilience and Security Manager, Africa.
Your qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred (security studies, risk management, business administration, or related field)
5+ years’ experience in a security or security-related project management role
Based in Lagos or Abuja, with availability for occasional travel
Strong written and verbal communication skills; digital, cyber, and data literacy
