Operations Manager (Priniting Operator) at Ascentech Services Limited

About the Role

• We are recruiting an Operations Manager for a growing company specializing in professional printing technology — including CTP (Computer-to-Plate) systems, flexographic and litho platesetters, large format printers, plate processors, and prepress workflow/RIP software, alongside quality control instruments like densitometers and spectrophotometers. Beyond equipment supply, the business runs a full service arm covering installation, maintenance, annual maintenance contracts, consultancy, and technical training for clients.
• This role is central to keeping that full sales-to-service pipeline running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across sales support, installation/maintenance scheduling, and client service delivery.
• Coordinate technical teams to ensure timely equipment installation, servicing, and AMC fulfillment.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and logistics for equipment and consumables.
• Support process efficiency across departments, ensuring quality and turnaround standards are consistently met.
• Track performance metrics and report on operational KPIs to leadership.

Requirements

• 4-5 years' experience in an operations/business management role within the printing prepress or equipment industry.
• Deep hands-on/technical knowledge of CTP systems, flexo and litho platesetters, plate processors, large format printers, and prepress workflow/RIP software —
• Able to understand technical specifications, troubleshoot at a management level, and speak credibly with engineers and clients on equipment performance.
• Strong organizational and people-management skills, able to coordinate across sales, technical, and support functions.
• Based in or able to commute reliably to Shomolu, Lagos.
