Constantly communicate and enforce operating policies to members of staff
Have oversight of the purchase, storage, dispatch of all scrap batteries between stores and loading out to Factories and ensures proper reporting and documentation.
Work with Customer Care, in customer management,and conflicts resolution
Manage relationship with key operations vendors.
Work with Inventory on stock management to know the products with highest demand rate and restocking processes.
Have oversight of the transferof products amongst betweenpurchaseoutlets.
Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to product quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
Oversees the logistics on prompt delivery of products and services, vehicle repairs and maintenance, documentation and advise on trip cost and reporting, etc.
Review all operational invoices and ensure they are duly approved by Management before submitting to Accounts for payment.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
