Operations Manager at Michael Stevens Consulting

Job Objectives

• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
• Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
• Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
• Track staffing requirements of the division, and support in the hiring new employees as needed
• Monitor the operations of the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work processes (Marketing, Sales, Production, Design, Procurement etc.)
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Write and submit reports to the MD in all matters of importance

Requirement

• At least 10 years of experience, of which 5 must have been spent in a similar position.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Policy compliance
• Percentage of defective prints compared to total number of units produced
• Percentage of on-time deliveries
• Equipment utilization ratio
• Value of work in process (amount of work being performed at any given time)
• Percentage of orders outsourced to other vendors
• Average time per order in prepress
• Average time per order in production
• Average time per order in finishing
• Average time per order in shipping
• Customer Experience
• Project Management Efficiency
