Hands on operations management of food preparation, staff, customer service, sales, expenses, facilities, stock and inventory etc. on a daily basis across branches
Daily monitoring of sales and inventory of all branches
Enforcing management policies and procedures
Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
Reporting monthly updates, gains, and challenges to management
Hire, train and mentor subordinates / training team and coaching them according to standards.
Work with inventory team to improve procurement / supply chain to branches
Closely monitor revenues and expenses for profit and loss statement, achieving set targets for top and bottom line.
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Report weekly updates, gains, and challenges to management
Requirements
3+ years of leadership experience in industry/ field
HND or above
Ability to work well with people and lead a team
Great online and offline communication
Great interpersonal skills
Great organization and management skills
Good with MS Excel and other MS office tools
Must be willing to commute frequently within Lagos
