Operations Manager - Mainland at Sooyah Bistro

Job Description:

• Hands on operations management of food preparation, staff, customer service, sales, expenses, facilities, stock and inventory etc. on a daily basis across branches
• Daily monitoring of sales and inventory of all branches
• Enforcing management policies and procedures
• Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
• Reporting monthly updates, gains, and challenges to management
• Hire, train and mentor subordinates / training team and coaching them according to standards.
• Work with inventory team to improve procurement / supply chain to branches
• Closely monitor revenues and expenses for profit and loss statement, achieving set targets for top and bottom line.
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Report weekly updates, gains, and challenges to management

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in industry/ field
• HND or above
• Ability to work well with people and lead a team
• Great online and offline communication
• Great interpersonal skills
• Great organization and management skills
• Good with MS Excel and other MS office tools
• Must be willing to commute frequently within Lagos
