Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize processes and resource utilization.
• Coordinate production schedules, inventory management, and quality control measures.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
• Manage a team of supervisors and production staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, maintenance, and logistics, to support operational objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications
