Operations Manager at M365Connect

• We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Operations Manager to take charge of our operations and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless business continuity. What You’ll Do:

• Manage and optimize our remote operational infrastructure, including SharePoint, MS Teams, and TopTracker.
• Oversee and lead operations across accounting, HR, legal, and project management functions.
• Develop strategies to improve workflows and enhance team efficiencies.
• Proactively resolve operational challenges and implement innovative solutions.
• Be readily available to respond to emergencies or critical needs at any time.
• Collaborate with leadership to align operational goals with the company’s vision.
• Mentor team members and contribute to their professional development.

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a remote or IT recruitment company or IT-focused environment.
