Manage and optimize our remote operational infrastructure, including SharePoint, MS Teams, and TopTracker.
Oversee and lead operations across accounting, HR, legal, and project management functions.
Develop strategies to improve workflows and enhance team efficiencies.
Proactively resolve operational challenges and implement innovative solutions.
Be readily available to respond to emergencies or critical needs at any time.
Collaborate with leadership to align operational goals with the company’s vision.
Mentor team members and contribute to their professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a remote or IT recruitment company or IT-focused environment.
